• We will be honest and clear on how donations are used and how they are helping end homelessness. 
• You will never feel under pressure to give. 
• We will always address and act on any concerns. 
• We monitor fundraisers, volunteers and third parties working with us to raise funds, to ensure that they comply with the Code of Fundraising Practice. 
• We will comply with the law as it applies to charities and fundraising.
