Founded in 1998, Pathways educates participants in core subjects and prepares them for the next steps in their lives, such as entering the workplace or going back into the education system.

Pathways Project
Pathways is a Belfast-based alternative Education Otherwise Than At School (EOTAS) programme for young people, aged 14-16, at risk of being excluded from mainstream education and who may also be at risk of offending, or entering into care or custody.
Since opening its doors in 1998, Pathways has supported over 750 young people with obtaining over 4,000 qualifications, as well as preparing them for the next steps in their lives, such as further training, education or employment.
Our comprehensive programme encompasses English, Maths, and ICT instruction up to GCSE level, along with Prince's Trust education and training.
Additionally, our Personal Development curriculum fosters holistic growth, empowering students to achieve personal, emotional, social, and physical effectiveness.
Through this approach, we aim to equip students with the skills and knowledge they need to lead healthy, safe and fulfilling lives.
Aside from the conventional subjects, the programme also emphasises personal and social skills through a well-being programme.
Pathways celebrates the unlocking of the potential in every one of our young people, to see and hear about their revitalised hopes and dreams for their futures.
