As a Service Manager, you will oversee community-based programmes that aim to prevent young people entering care, support foster or community placements, and help those returning from residential care or custody successfully reintegrate.

Managing a team that delivers intensive, holistic support and responsive respite services, you will ensure programmes are innovative, effective, and responsive to the needs of young people and families. Working closely with statutory agencies and community partners, you will also play a key role in developing partnerships, managing risk, and shaping future services to meet emerging needs across the region.
