About the role

Are you passionate about supporting individuals with complex needs to take the next step toward independent living?

Extern Ormeau Centre, a specialist emergency accommodation provider for women and men experiencing homelessness, is seeking 2 Resettlement Workers to join our dedicated team.

In this role, you will provide outcome-focused, practical, and compassionate support to service users, helping them develop independent living skills, build social networks, and manage their finances. Working collaboratively with service users and partner agencies, you will play a key role in ensuring safe, successful transitions from supported accommodation to the community.

If you thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are committed to making a real difference in people’s lives, this is the role for you.
