About the role

Are you passionate about supporting people to overcome barriers, build resilience and create positive change in their lives?

Extern is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Project Worker to join our Outreach Support Service, supporting individuals across North Cork and Kerry. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference by working alongside people facing complex challenges, helping them access the support, opportunities and confidence they need to move forward.

We are looking for someone who brings a trauma-informed, person-centred approach to their work and who can build trust with individuals who may be reluctant to engage with services. You will be creative, adaptable and solutions-focused, with the ability to respond to changing circumstances and support people in a way that recognises their strengths, experiences and aspirations.

As part of a supportive team based in Limerick, you will provide outreach support within local communities while benefiting from the flexibility of a hybrid working model, including opportunities to work from home.

We're looking for an experienced MST Supervisor/Service Manager to lead our Multisystemic Therapy team as part of Extern's Bail Supervision Scheme in Limerick. This is a pivotal role - you'll be the driving force behind a team of MST Therapists and an Administrator, ensuring young people receive timely, high-quality support at a critical point in their lives.

Extern is seeking a dynamic Project Co-ordinator to lead our innovative Employers as Mentors pilot project, proudly funded by Homewards. In this role, you will collaborate with up to 10 trailblazing businesses to design, train, and imbed sustainable workplace mentoring frameworks. From delivering specialized one-day masterclasses to steering a rigorous 20-week mentorship support package, you will be the driving force behind creating inclusive, life-changing employment pathways.
