MUST Hostel, a vital accommodation and support service for homeless adults aged 18-65 in Mid-Ulster and South Tyrone, is seeking dedicated Bank Workers to join our team.

At MUST Hostel, we provide tailored support in a 20-bed facility for both males and females, focusing on a holistic approach to meet the unique needs of each service user. We are also a Probation Approved Hostel, collaborating with PBNI to supervise individuals under licence or other restrictions.

As a Bank Worker, you'll play a crucial role in delivering our modern supported housing service. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and thrive in a dynamic environment.

Role: Project Worker X 1 & Relief Workers (Social Care Services)

About the role

Extern’s Disability Respite Service (EDRS) Time Out Programme supports children and adults with disabilities whose home placements may be at risk of breakdown, or who require additional support to build independence and life skills.

As a Project Worker or Relief Worker, you will:

  • Deliver person-centred respite care and skill-building programmes

  • Support service users in areas like communication, behaviour management, and independent living

  • Facilitate access to community activities including education, training, leisure, and social inclusion

  • Work closely with families, statutory agencies, and community partners
