Extern Proud to Support NI Healthcare Awards 2026 as Charity Partner
Extern staff were proud to attend the NI Healthcare Awards 2026, a powerful evening dedicated to recognising the compassion, commitment and impact of healthcare professionals across Northern Ireland.
The event brought together frontline practitioners, organisations and partners from across the sector to celebrate individuals and teams who consistently go above and beyond to improve lives and strengthen services in their communities.
Extern was honoured to serve as the official charity partner for this year’s awards. This partnership provided a valuable platform to shine a light on Extern’s work in mental wellbeing, harm reduction and recovery, while strengthening connections across the wider health and social care landscape.
Funds raised on the night will directly support Extern services, helping to provide vital, life-changing support to individuals and communities facing some of the most complex and challenging circumstances, including those experiencing mental health difficulties, substance use issues, and social disadvantage.
The event provided a valuable opportunity to recognise outstanding achievements across the sector and to connect with colleagues who share a commitment to improving outcomes for people across Northern Ireland.
