Celebrating the Launch of Communities in Transition Phase III
We're thrilled to announce the launch of Phase III of Extern's Communities in Transition (CIT) projects today! This is a major step forward, uniting our crucial work across Shankill, Larne, Carrickfergus, and West Belfast.
Our CIT projects are dedicated to supporting and strengthening communities still dealing with the impact of conflict. With this new phase, our main goal is to collaborate with existing community-based projects to deliver a thorough Health & Well-Being project in Larne, Carrickfergus, Greater Shankill, and West Belfast. This means an even greater focus on holistic support and partnership to drive positive change.
We extend a huge thank you to The Executive Office (TEO) for their ongoing support, making these impactful community initiatives possible. And a big thank you to all our guests who joined us today to celebrate this exciting new chapter!
