About the role
The Project Worker delivers the Janus Justice programme, providing intensive one-to-one support to young people aged 12–18 across Limerick, Clare and surrounding areas who are involved in or at risk of offending behaviour.
Working with a small caseload, you will provide tailored, relationship-based interventions through Janus Justice to reduce risk, address underlying needs, and support positive behavioural change. The role involves close collaboration with families and key agencies including Gardaí, Tusla, Probation Services, Court Services and Oberstown.
Janus Justice is a dynamic, trauma-informed programme focused on building trust, strengthening relationships, and supporting young people to develop pro-social skills and positive community connections.
We are seeking a compassionate, resilient practitioner who can engage young people who are often hard to reach and is motivated by meaningful, lasting impact.
