Why I work for Extern

Extern being community based attracted me to the role, I liked the Extern model of keeping young people in their own communities and homes, building an individual programme around each young person & family offering support & guidance around home, school and/or community.

Conor Bryne - Assistant Service Manager Janus Dublin North City Programme

Having been a part of Extern for a decade, I’ve witnessed first-hand the commitment the organisation has towards creating a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and communities. The ethos and the purpose-driven approach of Extern make it a remarkable place to work.
