Our Fundraising Promise

As a charity we know it’s important for you to understand how your donations are used and that you feel secure when donating, that’s why we make these promises to you:

• We will always fundraise legally and follow best practise.
• We will abide by the Fundraising Regulator’s Fundraising Code of Practice
• We will keep your details safe and private; they will never be sold or shared.
• You will be able to change your communication preferences easily.
• We will be honest and clear on how donations are used and how they are helping end homelessness.
• You will never feel under pressure to give.
• We will always address and act on any concerns.

We monitor fundraisers, volunteers and third parties working with us to raise funds, to ensure that they comply with the Code of Fundraising Practice.

We will comply with the law as it applies to charities and fundraising.
