Injecting drug use has increased in recent years, especially the use of heroin. This has been most noticeable among people who are homeless and those who are in contact with drugs services.

Injecting a drug is almost always the most harmful way to self-administer a drug. It is associated with a range of short and long term harms, but these can be moderated by good injecting practice.

The aim of this two hour webinar is to give you some practical understanding of how to engage with people who inject drugs, and some of the ways to reduce the risks associated.

This training is provided to you for free as a result of PHA funding.
