The Intensive Home Support Service provides intensive wraparound services to young people and their parents assessed as being in need, and offers a community based alternative to care.


The programme/s are creative and dynamic, utilising local, regional and national resources to facilitate intervention strategies. Planned and responsive respite provision is integral to the programme/s delivery.


Project Workers will be required to be deliver all aspects of the programme in a flexible manner as part of a team. They will work in close partnership with statutory agencies, community resources and the young person and their family/carer.

37.5 hrs PW (inclusive of breaks) Hours are delivered flexibly over five days in a seven day week

Contract Status:

Continuous, subject to funding (current funding secured until 30/09/19)
