Relationships play a vital role in our success as an organisation, whether that's with commissioners, funders, health trusts or fellow social care organisations. And our partnership with Danske over the next year will offer many opportunities for Extern to develop, as well as spread the word about the amazing work we do every day.

Danske has specifically chosen to make our work with children and young people, up to, and including those aged in their early twenties, across Northern Ireland, the focus of their support for 2020. This will include their staff partaking in fundraising, volunteering time and skills, mentoring and other joint initiatives.

The new year also marks some great news for our new Janus project in Galway, as it is now set to expand into Co Roscommon, bringing the total number of counties we work in across the island of Ireland to 27. And in East Antrim and Belfast, we are also set to roll out a much-needed new community wellbeing service, which will greatly benefit communities in those areas.
