Mental Health Awareness Week is an annual event which is an opportunity for all of us to focus on achieving good mental health. This year's theme is Anxiety.

A great way to combat anxiety is to get active! And this mental health awareness week, we are asking you to ‘Get active against anxiety’ by making a donation to our Big Give campaign, fundraising for our mental health services whilst taking on a personal challenge, or by joining one of our wellbeing events taking place over mental health awareness week.

One Donation – Double the Impact!

Donate to Extern’s mental health services this week and every penny you donate has the opportunity to be doubled, as Extern have been selected as one of Big Give’s chosen charities, and will receive up to £5,000 of match funding this mental health awareness week!

Every penny donated will help us support even more people in your community with their mental health. Watch the campaign video to find out more:

Active Against Anxiety Events
