Mental Health Awareness Week is an annual event which is an opportunity for all of us to focus on achieving good mental health. This year's theme is Anxiety.

A great way to combat anxiety is to get active! And this mental health awareness week, we are asking you to ‘Get active against anxiety’ by making a donation to our Big Give campaign, fundraising for our mental health services whilst taking on a personal challenge, or by joining one of our wellbeing events taking place over mental health awareness week.
