This February we are asking all our supporters to get involved in Feel GoodFebruary which is all about looking after your mental and physical health and doing things to make you feel happy and content during the 28 days of February whilst raising vital funds for Extern.  

Why not set yourself a #FeelGoodFeb challenge that will leave you feeling good!  

You could do things like: 

  • Give up alcohol
  • Take on Virtual Marathon Month 
  • Give up sugar 
  • Practice yoga or meditation every day 
  • Give up social media for 28 days 
  • Walk for 28 minutes every day 
  • Give up takeaways for 28 days 
  • Cook a healthy meal every day for 28 days 

The choice is up to you! Simply choose your challenge, tell everyone you know, get them to sponsor you, and then you'll be on your way to a February feeling good.
