Working in partnership with Ulster Rugby

One in four people experience a mental health problem in any one year.

That’s someone in every family, workplace and friendship circle. In the UK it's around 14 million people.

That's why we are working in partnership with Ulster, to bring communities together to improve mental wellbeing.

We are so grateful to the players, supporters and employees at Ulster Rugby for their commitment and enthusiasm in getting behind the first year of our charity partnership.

One in four of us will experience a mental health problem every year, so it is vital that we provide advice, information, and support so that no-one has to face their experience alone.

The vital funds Ulster Rugby have raised, and continue to raise throughout this partnership, as well as the increased awareness of our life-changing services, will help us to achieve this and we’ve lots more planned…

To celebrate our first anniversary we’re joined with players Marcell Coetzee, John Cooney and Michael Lowry who chat about the first year of our partnership and how they’re looking forward to building on this momentum in year two and seeing the impact of such an important partnership.
