Homelessness Services within the Directorate include The Ormeau Centre, Multi-Discipliary Homeless Support Team and Extern Recycle. Services provided within these services range from high level intensive support and crisis intervention to diversion and training/personal development. Personcentred planning forms the basis for all work undertaken with service-users within the directorate and highlights a commitment to a value-led approach based on individual needs and risks.
